The grapes are softly pressed and the must is stored in a tank at a very low temperature. It then undergoes slow fermentation in an autoclave at a carefully controlled temperature, resulting in a 5% alcohol content. The carbon dioxide produced during fermentation is partially trapped, giving the wine a gentle effervescence. Prior to bottling, the wine is micro-filtered to ensure clarity and purity, and to prevent further fermentation from the yeast. This wine has a bright straw-yellow color and a nose of floral and classic Moscato aromas, with hints of peach and apricot. On the palate, it is creamy and aromatic, with a delightful fine bubble and a refreshing finish.
