Throughout his nearly eight-decade career, Bruno Giacosa, one of the world's most renowned winemakers, expertly crafted prestigious single-vineyard Barolo and Barbaresco wines. At just 15 years old, he joined his family's business, becoming the third generation of his Langhe winemaking family. Giacosa's tireless pursuit of perfection, unparalleled palate, and extensive knowledge of the Langhe's vineyards quickly gained recognition and helped solidify Piedmont as a top wine region. Then, in 1982, Giacosa began acquiring prime parcels in Serralunga d'Alba, La Morra, and Barbaresco to create wines that are universally recognized as the ultimate expressions of Nebbiolo.
