A cuvée of Pinot Noir from 60-80 year-old vines farmed biodynamically. The grapes are harvested by hand, of course, and the yields are very low, around 20 hecto/hectare. Vinification: 50% whole bunches in vats, slow and gentle pressing, 24 months of maturation on fine lees in barrels with 30% new oak. Just a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling. An elegant nose, with notes of Amarena cherries, fruits in brandy, sweet spices... Palate: a faultless wine, marrying refreshing fruit and velvety tannins, to create a beautifully harmonious wine.
