This rosé was originally introduced by Laurent Perrier in 1968, long before the trend of including a pink Champagne in their selection. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from both the north and south areas of the Montagne de Reims sub-region, its unique color is achieved through skin contact rather than the traditional method of adding red wine. Its aroma is remarkably fresh, full of lively notes of strawberry and raspberry, while its palate offers a delightful brightness.
