Released after 94 months resting on its lees, cuvée 741's "Dégorgement Tardif" was disgorged in April 2022, offering a limited 14609 bottles. This late disgorgement process allows the champagne to age and develop aromatically and gastronomically, taking on a similar character to mature vintages whilst maintaining its natural freshness. Jacquesson's 741 Dégorgement Tardif is primarily composed of 2013 harvest grapes and has zero dosage, lending it an elegance, finesse, and liveliness with impressive aging potential.
