Rockford is known for its dedication to traditional Barossa varieties, but for over 30 years they have been experimenting with the unique red fleshed grape, Alicante. This has resulted in an easy drinking, full flavored, low alcohol Rosé that is best served chilled and enjoyed young. It pairs well with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish, and goats' cheeses, making it perfect for our local climate.
