This is a crisp, very precise blend of 25 year old Grenache, Syrah and Carignan of 35 year old hails from the appellation of Cotes du Brian which is located in France's Languedoc in the village of Cazelles. Having matured in stainless steel tanks, this wine is delicate, fruity and tense. With a nose that is filled with eastern spices, fresh violets, blueberry jam and ripe blackberries Showing bright, fresh acidity and gorgeous crushed rocks minerality on the palate. Its vocation is to be refreshing and fresh, glass after glass… during a meal. A fabulous discovery from a little known appellation.
