
"This year’s Amber is a blend of 60% sauvignon blanc and 40% semillon. 100% of the fruit was hand harvested from our certified biodynamic, carbon positive vines planted in 1976 in the Cullen Vineyard. This wine is made like a red wine, from white wine grapes.
Harvested across two days with the first pick occurring under a Moon opposite Saturn flower day, and a second capturing the full Moon fruit day in late February, 2021. The wine had an average of 10 days on skins in amphorae, open fermenter, and some fermentation time in a concrete egg. It spent 5 months in older oak."
