Rich and velvety, Ducks & Drakes' blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc brings the classic characters of the Heathcote region to life. This full-bodied and indulgent wine is crafted from de-stemmed fruit, fermented in open vats and pumped over to soften tannins before it is transferred to French and American oak barriques, hogsheads and puncheons, with 40% of them being new. Careful cellaring of this wine will allow it to mature for up to 15 years.
