"The 2014 Molino Real, the sweet Moscatel from the Málaga mountains that wears the subtitle Mountain Wine on its label, is the second vintage of this wine that I tasted this issue. 2014 seems like a very good year, even if the wine feels very young and undeveloped and took some time in the glass to open up and show the classical notes of bay leaf and condensed milk that I often associate with this very particular wine. 2014 was an earlier harvest than 2013, and the wine feels more concentrated and seems to have a slower evolution. A slower evolution often brings more nuance and complexity, and I believe that I'd start drinking this 2014 in a couple of years. 6,200 half-liter bottles produced."
