A delightfully unconventional Extra Brut sparkling rosé, made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon with Mourvèdre. The wine is produced from free-run saignée juice and fermented in a closed stainless-steel tank, preserving its natural sparkle, freshness and vivid fruit expression. The 2024 is beautifully fresh and finely balanced, opening with fragrant aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry. Fine, lively bubbles carry the red-fruit character across the palate, while the Cabernet Sauvignon lends gentle structure and a savoury edge. Crisp, dry and effortlessly charming, it finishes clean and mouth-watering, inviting another glass. The estate describes the vintage as especially fresh and well balanced. Excellent as an aperitif, or with oysters, smoked salmon, tuna tartare, charcuterie, sushi, dim sum and lightly spiced Asian dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C.
