Cuvée 200 is produced from the 2015 harvest. The finest Chardonnays have been selected from the vineyards of Cumières (premier cru) and Chouilly (grand cru). The Pinot Noir originates from the grand cru terroir of Ambonnay, situated on the southern slopes of the Reims mountain range.
This cuvée exhibits a slightly deep gold color, reflective of its quality and maturity. The bright, refined golden hue attests to the excellence of the wine.
In line with the occasion, this cuvée displays high complexity. It is generous and opulent, with minerality that fully expresses the terroir. Its rich texture envelops the palate with honeyed aromas, followed by notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, citrus, and tropical fruit.
Pairings include Carpaccio of scallops with a touch of lime and yuzu-infused olive oil, as well as roasted quail with Pak-choi cabbage and pan-fried shiitake mushrooms.
Only 2000 Magnums and 1500 Jeroboams have been made. Each bottle is numbered.
