"Based on the 2019 vintage, the NV Extra-Brut Cuvée No. 747 reveals a lively, delicate bouquet of white pepper, tangerine, lemon oil, herbs and red berries mingled with lovely menthol notes. Medium to full-bodied, tense and sappy, it's layered with a vinous core of fruit and a delicately saline finish. This is not the most opulent iteration from this house but rather an edition that closely reflects the character of the vintage, marked by its tension and phenolic complexity."

"Based on the 2019 vintage, the NV Champagne Cuvée 747 pours a golden straw hue, and the nose is quite expressive and powerful immediately on opening, with notes of ripe red plum fruit, savory broth, and wet stone. Full-bodied, assertive, and warming on the palate, with a strong personality and savory umami notes through the finish, it’s perfect to pair with roast chicken and root vegetables. Great autumnal feel. Drink over the coming 10 or more years. Disgorged in October of 2023 with 1.5 grams per liter dosage. 186,372 bottles were produced."
