Produced predominantly from Chardonnay grown in Felton Road’s biodynamically farmed Elms Vineyard, this beautifully focused 2024 demonstrates why Central Otago is increasingly celebrated for Chardonnay as well as Pinot Noir.
Subtle flinty reduction introduces aromas of white peach, dried apple, citrus blossom and almond, with touches of brioche and acacia. The palate combines creamy richness with precision, unfolding with nectarine, lemon curd and mineral notes. Bright acidity and fine phenolic grip provide energy and structure, leading to a long, savoury and saline finish.
Have it with seared scallops, grilled white fish, roast chicken, butter-poached lobster or mushroom risotto.
Enjoy now after 20–30 minutes of air, or cellar confidently until 2032–2034.
