An expressive blend of 55% Cinsault, 35% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, Levantine de Musar 2021 comes from a single vineyard in Lebanon’s western Bekaa Valley. Fermented and matured in concrete without oak, it captures the fruit’s natural fragrance and freshness. Violet aromas introduce generous berry, plum and cherry flavours, complemented by subtle tobacco nuances. Soft tannins and lively acidity bring balance to a richly fruited palate, delivering an elegant, characterful expression of Musar.
A delicious companion to herb-roasted lamb, grilled beef kebabs or Mediterranean mezze, its bright fruit and supple texture also complement roasted aubergine, stuffed peppers and hard cheeses.
