Refined, layered and beautifully mineral, it opens with aromas of lemon curd, apricot, white peach, citrus peel and green apple, lifted by notes of toasted baguette, almond, pastry, chalk and subtle smokiness. The palate is elegant yet vinous, combining fine mousse, creamy Chardonnay texture and Grand Cru Côte des Blancs precision, finishing long, racy and saline with impressive freshness.
