Ca’ del Bosco’s Annamaria Clementi Rosé Extra Brut 2015 is one of Franciacorta’s most prestigious rosé bottlings — a serious, vinous and collector-worthy sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from organically farmed estate vineyards. Aged for around eight years on the lees, it shows impressive depth and finesse, with aromas of wild strawberry, amarena cherry, raspberry, rose petal, blood orange, brioche, almond and delicate spice.
