A ripe, smooth and fruit-forward Puglian red made from 100% Primitivo, showing dense purple-red colour with aromas of wild blackberry, raspberry, plum jam, dark cherry, cocoa and warm spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, supple and generous, with soft tannins, bright enough freshness and a rounded, easy-drinking finish. Excellent with barbecue meats, roast pork, lamb, beef ragu, pizza, tomato-based pasta, grilled sausages and semi-hard cheeses.
