This is a serious, beautifully refined Rioja rosé made from 100% Mazuelo from the estate’s Finca Ygay vineyards. Unlike many light, simple rosés, this has real texture, freshness and gastronomic appeal — pale and elegant in colour, with aromas of stone fruit, peach, dried rose petals, red berries, mint, dill and a gentle mineral/herbal lift. The palate is fresh, silky and finely structured, showing lively acidity, subtle depth and a long, polished finish. It is best positioned as a premium food-friendly rosé rather than just an easy aperitif.
