An excellent all-rounder with food.To make the most of these fruit notes and freshness, it is advisable to drink this cuvée between 1 and 3 years old. On the other hand, it reveals mysterious flavors up to 10 years of aging. Delicious by itself as an aperitif or with oysters, foie gras or any grilled fish."
