Champagne Henri Giraud Cuvée PR 90–21 is a remarkable multi-vintage perpetual reserve Champagne, blending wines from 1990 through 2021 in a solera-style system that captures the house’s evolving history in a single cuvée. Predominantly Pinot Noir with a touch of Chardonnay, it opens with layered aromas of baked apple, dried citrus, brioche and toasted hazelnut, followed by hints of spice, tea leaf and chalk. The palate is creamy yet focused, with remarkable depth, tension and a long, saline finish — a Champagne of true complexity and continuity. Ideal with roasted poultry, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes or grilled seafood, where its richness and savoury nuance shine.
