"This Chablis Bougros is a Grand Cru produced from the Chardonnay grape variety from a vineyard aged between 25 and 30 years, planted on clay-limestone soils. After vinification, part of the wine is aged in French oak barrels from the Allier forest for a period of 10 to 12 months and then transferred to stainless steel tanks to complete the stabilisation process. Afterwards, the wine does not undergo any filtration to maintain the original aromas and texture, being bottled with inert gas. Thus, this wine presents itself with yellow colour with golden nuances, a complex nose with vanilla notes, typical of barrel ageing, revealing in the mouth an exceptional creaminess and a mineral profile."
