"This natural sparkling wine is created from 50.5% Semillon harvested on a flower day from Mangan Vineyard, and 49.5% Sauvignon Blanc harvested on a flower perigee day from 1976 plantings at Cullen Vineyard. Both varieties had overnight skin contact before pressing. A long, cool, natural fermentation proceeded and was then hand bottling over three days, on a Rose Moon-Full Moon.
Rose gold in colour. It has a bouquet with dazzling array of tropical fruits, apples, peaches, grass, orange peel and mandarin. A palate of vibrant lime and citrus, fresh doughy yeast, finishing with clean and fresh acidity."
