"While there are layers and layers of flavour within, there’s also a fine line of acidity keeping this not so much tight but reined in. There seems to be more detail and focus of late, even the colour is a glorious gleaming pale straw. Flavours of stone fruit, ginger spice, grapefruit and pith and fluffy creamy lees with cedary/spicy oak."

"Light-to-mid yellow colour with a shy, reserved bouquet with wheaty savoury aromas plus stone-fruit and bread-crust that translate well to the palate, which is fresh and clean, lively and well-balanced. It will no doubt build more complexity with time. Mealy and lemony flavours linger and the finish is soft and harmonious. Fresher and more fruit-driven than the Premium. It's a delicious drink now."
