This Domaine Léon Beyer cuvée has been aged a few years in bottle, carefully crafted from the top vineyard slopes, some of which are classified as "grand cru". A well-balanced blend of aromas offer notes of candied citrus, fresh almonds, lime and honey blossoms, alongside a tantalizing minerality. A great match for pasta with prawns and lemon zest.
