This is a distinctive, skin-contact expression from the Grand Cru Vogelgarten, crafted with zero added inputs (“Ø Intrant”)  made up of 70% Gewurztraminer and 30% Pinot Gris. Deeply aromatic and textural, it opens with notes of orange peel, ripe apricot, rose petal and exotic spice, layered with hints of tea leaf and gentle phenolic grip from the maceration. The palate is richly structured yet finely balanced—silky, slightly tannic, and driven by vibrant acidity that brings lift and precision to its complex, savoury profile. The finish is long, nuanced and subtly spicy, making this a compelling, gastronomic white. Ideal with bold and flavourful dishes such as roasted duck, char siu pork, Moroccan tagines, spiced Middle Eastern cuisine, or aged cheeses—where its structure and aromatics truly come into their own.
