"Pale straw-green; a most attractive wine from start to finish. The palate opens with a flourish, but does so without bombast. Rock melon, white peach and an echo of grapefruit lay down the path for the long journey ahead"

"Margaret River chardonnay almost always delivers good solid flavour and when you combine it with elegance and length, as this wine does, then you're in pretty special territory. This wine is guaranteed to perform both in the cellar and on the table. White peach, grapefruit, custard apple and spice flavours stretch out into a long, elegant, silken finish. Chalk, lactose, cedarwood and oak-spice all play integrated roles. It's not ready yet, its best is definitely ahead, but it's a gorgeous wine, uncoiling slowly."
