"Deep red colour with a good tint of purple and it smells of blackberry, cabernet to the fore. The wine is soft-textured and medium to full-bodied, an elegant and savoury style which does more than present simple primary fruit. The tannins are ample and very soft, fine-grained and gentle on the tongue. A very tasty red that would appreciate any slow-braised red meat dish."
