The palate is energetic and focused, with a lively opening that develops into generous ripe-fruit richness. A fine tannic texture and delicate bitters bring definition to the long, rounded finish. Excellent with grilled lobster, scallops, roast poultry, foie gras, creamy seafood dishes, grilled fish, mild curries and richer Cantonese seafood preparations. Serve at approximately 10–12°C.
