Fermented with indigenous yeasts, it is matured for 22 months in French oak, around 30% new, before being bottled directly from barrel without fining or filtration.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2023 reveals raspberry, red cherry and darker berry fruit layered with rose petals, white pepper, exotic spice, bitter cocoa and subtle earthy nuances. Concentrated yet elegant, the palate combines silky, finely structured tannins with vibrant acidity and a long, mineral finish. Serve lightly cool at around 14–16°C and, while young, decant for approximately an hour.
