"Les Sorcières du Clos des Fées Blanc is a white wine coupage of White Grenache, Macabeo, Roussanne and Vermentino grapes. It is a Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes produced by Le Clos des Fées.
The Vermentino and Roussanne vines for Les Sorcières du Clos des Fées Blanc were planted in 2011 on clay and limestone soils, and those of White Grenache, which are much older, were planted in 1945. The young vines are harvested earlier to obtain the maximum fruit and a low alcohol content, and the Grenache is harvested a little later and after fermenting ends up going through a light ageing on lees.
Les Sorcières du Clos des Fées Blanc is a light and fresh white with intense fruit and floral aromas and certain citrus touches."
