Chardonnay takes the lead, supported by Pinot Noir and Meunier, giving a Champagne of freshness, poise and beautifully layered complexity.\u003cbr\u003eIn the glass, Cuvée 748 shows notes of dried pear, citrus zest, grapefruit, wild berries, chamomile, crushed flowers, brioche, salted nuts, ginger and subtle spice. The palate is dry, energetic and finely structured, with bright acidity, tight bubbles, elegant fruit, savoury depth and a long, mineral finish. It is already expressive and approachable, yet has the structure to develop further in bottle.\u003cbr\u003eA superb Champagne for the table.
