"The 2010 Barolo Riserva Cerequio celebrates elegance and nuance. The wine has a sultry and silky feel, and it will age nicely as those tannins become silkier and better integrated in time. There is solid grit and fullness here, with loads of fruit-driven intensity. Fermentation includes submerged cap in oak casks for 18 to 20 days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in 700-liter barrel for 24 months. A mere 2,400 bottles were made."
